Getting Your Gelagen Order
Packing, dispatch, tracking, arrival. Every stage belongs to the seller, and here is what each one involves.
The Four Stages
- Confirmation. An email with an order number lands within minutes. Nothing after an hour usually means the spam folder or a typo in the address.
- Packing. A working day or two under normal conditions. Friday evening orders begin on Monday.
- Tracking. A second email carries the number. It often shows nothing for a day because a label is created before the parcel is physically scanned.
- Arrival. Typically five to seven working days in transit inside the United States, in a plain box with nothing on it describing the contents.

Gummies And Warm Weather
Heat softens gummies. A parcel that has spent an afternoon in a hot van or on a doorstep in July can arrive with the whole lot fused into one block. This happens to every gummy product on the market, it is not a fault, and nothing has gone wrong with the vitamins. Put the closed bottle in the fridge for an hour and they separate.
Ordering From Outside The United States
- Time. Two to four weeks is normal once a customs desk is involved.
- Duty and import tax. Set by the destination country and charged to you, not shown at checkout.
- Local rules. A handful of countries restrict supplement imports. Ten minutes checking beforehand beats a seized parcel afterwards.
When Tracking Stops Moving
Two working days of silence is usually a scanning gap rather than a lost parcel. Give it a third. If it is still frozen, the support address on your confirmation email is the one that can see the order and open a case with the carrier.
Before assuming the worst, check the three things behind most missing parcels: a neighbour took it in, the carrier photographed it in a safe place, or the delivery address on the confirmation email has a typo.
What We Can And Cannot Do
Payment, dispatch, tracking, address changes, cancellations and refunds all sit with the checkout. We cannot see any of them. Writing here about a parcel adds a day rather than removing one, because the honest answer will be to point you at the email that already has your order number on it.

How long does delivery take?
A working day or two to pack, then five to seven working days in transit inside the United States. International orders run two to four weeks.
Is shipping free?
Free inside the United States on the three and six bottle orders. The two bottle order has a charge added at checkout.
My gummies arrived stuck together. Is that bad?
No. Heat fuses them in transit. An hour in the fridge separates them and they are perfectly fine.
Is the packaging discreet?
A plain outer box with nothing describing the contents.
Can I change my address after ordering?
Only through the checkout, and only before dispatch. Reply to your confirmation email immediately.
Sixty Days, And Opened Bottles Count
The window runs sixty days from the moment your card is charged, and a bottle you have already been eating from is still covered. That clause is the whole point: skin needs a full turnover cycle before any judgement is fair, so a policy that only took sealed bottles back would be worth nothing here. Not happy?
